Information You Submit
Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Mitchell County Recent Arrests does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Emails and Messages
Messages sent to us may be retained long enough to answer and manage the exchange. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
